Sweet Potato Brownies | Gluten-Free & Sugar-Free
Yields: 5 to 6
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
1 egg 2 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 to 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Choco chips (optional, for topping)
Method:
In a bowl, mash 1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato until smooth.
Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey.
Mix everything well until combined.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix again.
Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan.
Spread it thin (not thick).
Sprinkle choco chips on top (optional).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool down completely before slicing.
